Customer Service Representative - Calgary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Calgary team.

Ideal candidates will work in a small team and provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, taking orders and delivering prompt professional and knowledgeable information to our clients.

Job Description

• Handling inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Making outbound calls
• Working as a member of a growing team
• Dealing with inquiries and requests from clients
• Liaising with Account Managers
• Entering information and coordinating services
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience
• Call centre experience an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Excellent data-entry skills
• Sense of personal responsibility and strong work ethic
• Post-secondary Education a definite asset
