GF Credit Application

The first step in becoming a GF customer is to complete a Credit Application. As soon as your application is approved, we can issue you a password for the e-Catalogue.

Our standard credit application is available on-line as a PDF file. This is a form that you can fill out using Adobe Acrobat, or which you can print via your browser. Once it's filled out just sign it, and fax it to us.
