Based on the die line, we will calculate the exact label size required for the job. A blueline or laser proof is needed for checking registration prior to printing. Labels must be designed to register to one corner of the corrugated sheet. Registration of the image to die cutting is +/- 1/8in in both directions. For best results, the design should avoid sharp transitions at scores or cutouts.
The labels must be printed on a quality 70 lb stock on the unprinted side, and varnished or aqueous coated on the printed side. The printer must include sufficient surplus sheets for make-ready. The labels must be packaged so that they arrive at the manufacturing plant flat and undamaged. A plywood sheet top and bottom (with overhang) is good. Further dividers should be used if the skid height exceeds 24in.
